Built for the Road. Built to Last.
Trailer Medics was founded by a Sacramento-area mechanic who got tired of watching trailer owners get stranded — or worse, get hurt — because they couldn't find reliable, honest repair service when they needed it most.
Why We Started
Our founder spent over a decade working in heavy equipment and automotive repair before going mobile. He saw the same story play out again and again: a trailer breaks down on the side of the road, the owner calls around for help, and either nobody shows up or the bill comes back twice what it should be.
Trailer Medics was built to fix that. We show up, we're honest about what needs to be done, and we do the work right the first time. No shop markup. No tow fees. No waiting days for an appointment.
We serve everyone from weekend boaters and horse owners to contractors and commercial haulers. If it rolls on a trailer, we can fix it — and we'll come to wherever you are in the Sacramento region to do it.
How We Work
We Come to You
No tow required. We bring the tools and parts to your location — roadside, at home, or on the job site.
Honest Estimates
We tell you exactly what's wrong and what it'll cost before we start. No surprises on the invoice.
Done Right the First Time
We don't cut corners. Every repair is done to spec so you're not calling us back for the same problem next month.
7 Days a Week
Trailers don't break down on a schedule. We're available every day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
Experience You Can Count On
Our team has hands-on experience with every major trailer type — boat, cargo, flatbed, dump, livestock, and utility. We carry a full inventory of common parts so most repairs can be completed on the first visit.
We stay current on trailer safety standards and manufacturer specs so you can trust that every repair meets or exceeds the requirements for safe towing.
